Our Uganda Rwanda Safaris give you an opportunity to visit these two awesome destinations for a safari. These two countries were truly gifted by nature in all kinds of ways most especially Uganda. There is so much to see on Uganda safaris Adventures and Rwanda safaris respectively. Both these countries have mountain gorillas but they offer different experiences. The trek in Uganda is much harder, adventurous and physical compared to the one of Rwanda. Rwanda gorillas are no different from Uganda gorillas, these gorillas are the same and they only differ in terms of breeding. If you try to compare the two gorilla trekking experiences, you will stumble upon hundreds of comments praising each side. You can never know which side to go with unless you experience it yourself. With our Uganda Rwanda gorilla tours, you will trek in each of these destinations at least once. We also arrange extensions to Kahuzi Biega National Park and Virunga National Park in Congo. Alternatively, you can opt for a Congo – Rwanda – Uganda gorilla safari combo. We have done such safari before and have the experience plus ability to organize for you one. We shall get you up close to these gentle giants and you see them walking in the bush. See some of our gorilla tour packages below.
Our main goal is providing a combined experience at very affordable rates. All these three destinations are awesome - apparently the only places in the whole wide world where you can see mountain gorillas, a critically endangered species of the great apes that lives in mountainous and hilly areas. These gorillas share over 98.7% of human DNA and act no different from us. Rwanda and Uganda are also some of the top safari destinations in Africa. If you have the days and money, Uganda Rwanda safaris should be your way to go. They become more fun when booked under a group travel arrangement. Please see our safari combos below.
Bwindi Forest National Park - Volcanoes National Park
Our most common combination is combining Bwindi Forest National Park in Uganda and Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda. These parks are just 2 hours away from each other and can easily be accessed by road. The shortest you can do this is 4 days but 5 days are much more recommended.
Bwindi, Volcanoes, Virunga
We also arrange combined gorilla tours to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Volcanoes National Park and Virunga. All these national parks have mountain gorillas, combining them will give you a longer experience in diverse environments. You need seven days or more to carry out such a combination.
Mountain Gorillas and Lowland Gorillas
Lowland Gorillas are found in Kahuzi Biega National Park in Congo. To track both these gorilla species, you have to choose between the mountain gorilla destinations mentioned above and add this safari park to your package. This way, you will get to tack two different species of gorillas.
Outside these, we offer so many more safari combos highlighting various activities like wildlife viewing, chimpanzee tracking, excursions and so many more. All you have to do is check with the destinations you want to visit, the numbers of days you have available and your planned budget.
